My husband and I purchased our first rental in 2020 and I fell in love with hosting guests. In 2022, I jumped fully into property management when we purchased our second home and began cohosting for other owners. In 2023, I added to my skill set by obtaining a real estate license to help others on this journey of home ownership. We love our local real estate market and talk daily about opportunities to grow our business, whether through purchasing more homes or cohosting with friends!
