Hi! I’m Jess
As a homeowner and real estate investor, I bring a fresh perspective and a passion for helping clients navigate the often complex and challenging market of Northern Michigan. I began my journey in 2016 as a first-time home buyer, which quickly became an investor, property manager, and Realtor. As the owner of Wander North Rentals, I have helped other property owners turn their dreams into cash-flowing investments. With an eye for home design and function, I cannot wait to dive in with my clients and help them find their perfect home!
When I’m not working you can find me playing with her 3 little boys at the beach or exploring Leelanau County. I have a deep love of our community and support local businesses and farms whenever possible. I cannot wait to share the wonders of Northern Michigan with you too!

As part of a boutique agency, I pride myself on supporting my clients from the beginning to the end of their transaction. No transaction coordinators, agent teams, or secretaries. I will be there for every showing, every inspection, and every closing. I show homes on your schedule and am available for questions day or night. My job is to get you a great price on your current home and move you into the next home of your dreams.
Community
As a Realtor part of my job is to be an active member of the community and support our local businesses and nonprofits. I am closely intertwined with the hospitality industry and parenting communities within my daily life. Peninsula Properties has the same mission and contributes financially to our community by donating 3% of every commission to one of our charities of the year.
